At Home and Spravato
Newer telehealth models continue to advertise modest visit fees and pharmacy bills. Recent comments mention one hundred fifty dollars a month for visits and about fifty to seventy five for compounded meds in Illinois, and subscription offers in the low hundreds elsewhere.
Patients comparing Joyous and similar services still cite about one hundred twenty to one hundred fifty a month plus the pharmacy charge.
Spravato costs remain highly sensitive to insurance design. A detailed July thread shows first sessions that can exceed one thousand dollars out of pocket, then fall sharply as deductibles and caps are met; the withMe program can reduce the drug copay to ten dollars per session but does not remove facility fees.
“You might pay one thousand three hundred twenty five for session one and zero after session fifteen, depending on your plan.”
Method note: These are patient reports posted in June to August 2025. Prices change by dose, duration, and whether therapy is bundled, so make sure you confirm with local providers before budgeting.
