Additional info:
Four Corners Ketamine offers ketamine therapy services to people suffering from the debilitating symptoms of chronic pain and mood disorders. The clinic uses a multi-pronged approach to care to help people regain control of their health and live their best life. Conditions they treat include depression, migraines, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
The clinic is led by Dr. Dan Caplin, a highly skilled medical professional with vast experience in emergency and addiction medicine. He and the team at Four Corners Ketamine believe in the power of breakthrough ketamine treatments and are passionate about helping as many people as they can restore their mental and physical health.
Ketamine is administered in the clinic’s office. You will be asked to sign a consent and complete intake paperwork, indicating that you are aware of the nature of the treatment and its possible side effects. A small needle is placed in a vein, usually in a forearm, while you’re seated in a comfortable recliner. The medication is given slowly, over about 45 minutes. During the treatment, you’ll be monitored by the nursing staff, and the physician is also present.
If you wish, a family member or friend may be present. You may sit quietly or talk or listen to music. You usually remain awake and able to remember the treatment. The entire treatment requires about an hour.
When the treatment is completed, the needle is removed. You’re observed for a short time, and when stable, you may go home. Patients often experience improved mood and reduced pain within minutes to a few hours after treatment.
Driving, the operation of machinery, and making legal decisions are prohibited for the rest of the day. Otherwise, you may resume normal activities when the effects of the medication have passed.

January 16, 2022 at 3:30 amI am a disabled Fire fighter who went back on the line 6 years after my Amputation. I did it at 51. I was disabled with PTSD and severe Arthritis. I also need a knee replacement. I can handle pain. I worked as a FF with a broken leg 3 years. I am opiate free 6 years. I am simply wanting to feel happiness. A good friend of mine from Salt Lake fire said it really helped him out.
