HealingMaps Take: Halo Concierge Health is a physician-led concierge practice in Raleigh, founded by Daniel C. Minior, MD, who trained in emergency medicine and whose clinical focus includes metabolic health, hormone optimization, preventive medicine and longevity. Peptides here are one tool inside a broader plan rather than a product: Halo evaluates metabolic health, hormones, sleep, nutrition and recovery first, then adds peptides when they fit, with clear goals, defined courses and monitoring. Patients can reach peptide care two ways, as a concierge member or through a one-off $79 consultation with a medical provider, in person or by telehealth anywhere in North Carolina and Virginia.

Halo Concierge Health is at 702 Oberlin Rd, Suite 230, in Raleigh, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The practice combines concierge primary care with longevity medicine, hormone optimization, medically guided weight management and physician-guided peptide therapy, and it serves practice members across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and Wake Forest.

These are the peptides Halo offers, including those on its peptide therapy page. Each is considered individually, based on your goals, history, labs and safety profile.
Halo’s approach rests on two principles. The first is foundations first: before peptides are considered, the team evaluates metabolic health, hormone status, sleep, nutrition, gut function, training and recovery. The second is targeted, time-limited and monitored use: when peptides are part of the plan, they come with clear goals and defined courses, then a taper and a check on whether continued use still makes sense.
Halo sources pharmaceutical-grade peptides, provides administration training and monitors your response throughout treatment. The practice notes that some peptides may not be appropriate for people with a history of cancer.
Peptide care is available by telehealth anywhere in North Carolina and Virginia. For Halo’s other services, the first visit is in person.
Halo’s metabolic health program uses GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide when they fit, alongside strength-training and protein protocols to protect lean muscle and a planned taper. It also offers Contrave (naltrexone/bupropion) and the ProLon fasting-mimicking diet, with quarterly reviews of body composition and labs. Patients can also work on weight and metabolic health without a GLP-1.
Beyond peptides and weight management, Halo offers concierge primary care, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women, advanced diagnostics and body composition analysis, sleep and stress management, IV nutritional therapy, joint health and shockwave therapy, PRP, and regenerative aesthetics including laser treatments, microneedling and hair regrowth.
Peptides, labs and concierge memberships are not billed to insurance. For concierge members, Halo bills insurance for provider time as usual under primary care, and it is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, UnitedHealthcare and Tricare. The peptide consultation is $79; ask the clinic about membership and peptide pricing.
