Hudson Mind is the Interventional Mental Health division of Hudson Health’s multidisciplinary practice (founded in 2010), which spans pain management, regenerative medicine, neurology, functional medicine, sports medicine, holistic wellness, and cutting-edge medical mental health treatments.

Hudson Mind has pioneered a groundbreaking approach to treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Their Interventional Mental Health methodology pairs the expertise of anesthesiologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, and pain management specialists with cutting-edge technology to deliver lasting results for treatment-resistant patients.

Hudson Health founder Dr. Jonathann Kuo, MD a pioneering pain management and regenerative health specialist, has traditionally administered ketamine IV treatments for pain management patients, but in the last several years, Hudson Mind has administered ketamine-assisted relief for mental health disorders for over 1,000 patients.

In early 2022, given the strong clinical results of the ketamine program, Hudson Health expanded its mental health practice to help Hudson Mind patients living with treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Hudson Mind’s Interventional Mental Health offering also includes Dual Sympathetic Blocks, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and a streamlined BioReboot combination.

Treatments

Ketamine IV Infusions – Since the official launch of the Hudson Mind division in 2022, ketamine IV infusions have become the practice’s foundational therapy for alleviating treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. 90% of patients report lasting relief after completing the recommended treatment cycle of six sessions.

Hudson Mind’s ketamine IV infusions for depression and anxiety were officially introduced under the additional guidance of Dr. Glen Brooks, one of the world’s foremost ketamine infusion therapy leaders. Dr. Brooks has helped more patients than any other ketamine practitioner globally, and as a member of our advisory board, he brings his practical ketamine experience and pioneering vision to Hudson Mind.

In addition to the ketamine IV program, Hudson Mind’s Interventional Mental Health offering includes Dual Sympathetic Blocks, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and a streamlined BioReboot combination.

Dual Sympathetic Blocks (DSB), sometimes known as Stellate Ganglion Blocks, are proven to reduce the physical symptoms of PTSD and chronic anxiety. During the quick, minimally-invasive Block treatment, a local anesthetic is applied to a nerve cluster that coordinates the sympathetic nervous system’s fight-or-flight response. This temporary time-out gives the body’s sympathetic nervous system the chance to rest and reset, and can rapidly diminish the feelings of heightened anxiety and panic. Patients often find that after receiving DSB, they are able to make profound breakthroughs in talk-therapy because they are no longer encumbered by heightened anxiety.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) delivers lasting relief for symptoms of depression and OCD. TMS uses MRI-strength magnetic pulses to reactivate neurotransmitters that have lost function due to chronic stress and depression in the brain. TMS effectively revives the depressed brain’s interconnected messaging system, making it possible to receive new messages and form new connections. TMS is covered by most major insurances.

Special Programs

BioReboot comprises three treatments: Dual Sympathetic Block, ketamine IV, and a Slow Wave session. The treatments are administered consecutively to optimize stress alleviation and full-body relaxation.

The Dual Sympathetic Block is administered first to reset your nervous system’s fight-or-flight response state. With a rebooted nervous system—unencumbered by anxiety—the ketamine IV can transport you on a mind-opening journey. Finally, your BioReboot will close out with parasympathetic toning on the Slow Wave chair to increase your body’s ability to relax.

Patient Questions about Hudson Mind

This 4-question summary covers the most common patient questions for ketamine clinics in New York, New York. Editorial responses are HealingMaps-authored, grounded in our 2026 Ketamine Clinic Intelligence Report.

What ketamine treatments does Hudson Mind offer?

Hudson Mind offers verified ketamine therapy services in New York. Specific protocols can include IV ketamine infusion, IM ketamine injection, oral troches, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), or Spravato (FDA-approved esketamine) — verify the specific protocol mix with the clinic during your consult call. Multi-protocol practices typically offer more flexibility for matching the modality to your diagnosis and insurance coverage.

Is Hudson Mind suited for treatment-resistant depression?

Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) — typically defined as failure on two or more antidepressant trials — is the most common qualifier for ketamine therapy and the FDA-approved indication for Spravato. Patients meeting that bar are typical candidates at ketamine clinics like Hudson Mind. If insurance coverage matters, ask whether they offer Spravato (insurance-covered for TRD) versus IV ketamine (typically self-pay).

Does Hudson Mind treat PTSD, anxiety, or chronic pain?

Most ketamine clinics treat PTSD and anxiety alongside depression — these three conditions account for ~46% of HealingMaps patient inquiries. Some clinics also treat chronic pain (CRPS, fibromyalgia, neuropathic pain), though pain protocols differ from mental-health protocols (longer infusion times, higher doses). Ask Hudson Mind which specific conditions they treat most often and how their protocols differ by indication.

How does Hudson Mind compare to other ketamine clinics in New York, New York?

Compare ketamine clinics in New York, New York on three axes: (1) protocol mix — multi-protocol clinics offer flexibility; (2) clinical lead — psychiatrist-led clinics typically include KAP integration, anesthesiologist-led clinics typically focus on infusion; (3) insurance posture — Spravato-certified providers can run insurance coverage; cash-only IV clinics cannot. Hudson Mind’s positioning on these axes determines whether it’s the right fit for your specific diagnosis and budget.

Beyond ketamine, this clinic offers TMS therapy — an FDA-cleared option that requires no IV access, no sedation, and no recovery time. A standard course runs 36 sessions over 6 to 9 weeks, with most major commercial plans, Medicare Part B, and Tricare covering treatment after prior authorization. This clinic uses BrainsWay Deep TMS, the only TMS device with standalone FDA clearance for OCD via the H7 coil. I had a stellate ganglion block as well as one Ketamine IV session at Hudson as a supplement to my therapy and my experience was stellar. The staff at Hudson are warm and welcoming and they really helped a first timer like me feel comfortable. The facilities are top notch and they really help you relax.

The experience itself was like watching a movie directed by my inner consciousness. It gave me a lot to reflect on and learn from, but also helped me make amends with past trauma. I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone who is open to it.

Went for an IV Ketamine session for my anxiety. It was my first time trying any psychedelic and it was amazing. I was nervous about it being too intense or overwhelming in any way, but Brandon was able to assure me that I’d be okay, and that he’d slow down the drip for me. I got anti-nausea medicine before it started (wasn’t nauseous but it was just precautionary) and my whole experience was just seamless. Saw so many amazing sceneries, colors, patterns. The session definitely helped my anxiety and provided me with much needed clarity for my mental state. I’d recommend IV ketamine for anyone with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.

Came here for an IV Ketamine session for my anxiety. It was my first time trying any psychedelic and it was amazing. I was nervous about it being too intense or overwhelming in any way, but Brandon was able to assure me that I’d be okay, and that he’d slow down the drip for me especially in the beginning. I got anti-nausea medicine before it started (wasn’t nauseous but it was just precautionary) and my whole experience was just seamless. Saw so many amazing sceneries, colors, patterns, & at times felt like I was inside of an abstract art museum where I was in the art. It brought me so much relief and CLARITY for my thoughts, and it definitely improved my mental health immediately after and since then. I’d recommend IV ketamine for anyone with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, or PTSD.
