This 2-question summary is matched to the protocols and conditions Renew Ketamine and Wellness Center treats. Editorial responses are HealingMaps-authored, grounded in our 2026 Ketamine Clinic Intelligence Report.
Yes — Renew Ketamine and Wellness Center treats chronic pain. Common indications include complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, and certain neuropathic pain syndromes. Pain pricing varies significantly by structure: per-infusion vs. multi-day inpatient packages — verify how this clinic structures their billing.
Yes — Renew Ketamine and Wellness Center treats PTSD. Ketamine for trauma differs from depression treatment: dosing is often lower per session, and pairing the protocol with trauma-focused therapy between sessions is common. A reasonable consult question: whether PTSD patients here typically use ketamine alone or alongside an outside therapist.

Helpful Review 4Very disillusioned with the treatment. Coming from other experiences this was a complete let down. The list of disappointments starts with the general set up of the, lack to say, medical facility. The location is on the second floor of the building. As soon as you enter, the lobby and all administrating rooms share the same ceiling. There is no privacy due to the lack of ceiling in what seems to be medium cubicles as rooms. The same light is used for each room as the lobby. This can effect the experience while customers walk in and out.
There aren’t even garbage receptacles in each room, just in case you need to discard something. There was no doctor present, no gloves were used in the administration of Ketamine, no vitals or data was taken of the session, no medical staff or name tag of the person which inserting the needle. No credentials or background was given of the business. No proper office and once again no privacy.
No respect or regard for the patient’s care.
This is a costly treatment; the money’s worth is non-existent. There are much better ketamine relief in Naperville.
