    NOT RECOMMENDED:
Very disillusioned with the treatment. Coming from other experiences this was a complete let down. The list of disappointments starts with the general set up of the, lack to say, medical facility. The location is on the second floor of the building. As soon as you enter, the lobby and all administrating rooms share the same ceiling. There is no privacy due to the lack of ceiling in what seems to be medium cubicles as rooms. The same light is used for each room as the lobby. This can effect the experience while customers walk in and out.
There aren’t even garbage receptacles in each room, just in case you need to discard something. There was no doctor present, no gloves were used in the administration of Ketamine, no vitals or data was taken of the session, no medical staff or name tag of the person which inserting the needle. No credentials or background was given of the business. No proper office and once again no privacy.
No respect or regard for the patient’s care.
This is a costly treatment; the money’s worth is non-existent. There are much better ketamine relief in Naperville.
