Infusions of Texas requests that you provide your most recent labs (within the past 3 months) that include an urinalysis, EKG, and additional basic tests. Women of child-bearing age will need to undergo pregnancy testing to ensure that they are not pregnant before starting treatment.
Ketamine interacts negatively with the following conditions: severe cardiac history; conditions being treated with MAOIs; Glaucoma; increased intracranial pressure; beta-blocked patients with a history of congestive heart failure; and Wolff-Parkinson White syndrome.
Ketamine therapy is considered an “off-label” use of the medication, and is therefore not covered by most insurance providers.
Close communication with a primary care giver is highly recommended, but referrals are not required.

Your Treatment: What to Expect
Before treatment begins, the clinic requires recent labs and a diagnosis of a mental health condition.
