Intero Psychedelic Therapy follows a 4-phase process consisting of assessment, preparation, treatment, and integration. The assessment phase includes a mental health intake with your therapist and an evaluation with your medical provider. Preparation ensures that you feel safe, supported, and ready for your experience. During your treatment, INTERO clinicians are present throughout your entire Ketamine experience, which is accompanied by a music “soundtrack” and takes place in a specially designed environment. Afterward, integration aims at processing your experience and putting the insights you’ve gained into practice.
