- IV treatments are $550/treatment, while IM injections are $375/treatment. The initial psychiatric consultation is $250. The initial exam may be covered by insurance, but ketamine therapy is currently not covered by most insurance providers.
- Conditions that may exclude patients from ketamine treatments include, but are not limited to: history of schizophrenia; pregnancy or nursing; ongoing substance abuse concerns; uncontrolled blood pressure; glaucoma; unmanaged medical conditions; previous allergic reaction to ketamine

Your Treatment: What to Expect
Prospective patients undergo a 1-hour psychiatric exam before engaging in ketamine therapy. The specific dosage and types of treatment are decided upon at this exam. This provides every patient with an individualized treatment at Pacific Psych Centers. Both IV and IM treatments are administered in treatment rooms at the quiet, private clinic.
Research shows that approximately 70 percent of those treated with ketamine respond successfully, some after only a few hours.
