Ketamine Therapy LA Overview

Conditions They Treat: Anxiety, addiction, depression

HealingMaps Says: There are a couple negative reviews on this listing. But they are from the same one guy who has left what appear to be the only negative reviews on a few other sites. So take that for what it’s worth (and if you’ve experienced KTLA, please feel free to leave a review.)

Located in the Cosmetic Rejuvenation Medical Center, Ketamine Therapy LA treatments are provided by Dr. Sirak, a specialist in anesthetic medicine. Dr. Sirak joined the CRMC in 2018, and has provided ketamine treatments to numerous individuals. Ketamine treatments, according to Dr. Sirak, “with therapeutic intention can have a profound healing” effect.

Costs: $500 for your first ketamine infusion, $600 for each additional. And it’s $3450 for the entire 6 treatment protocol.

Additional Info:

Ketamine Therapy LA, located in the heart of West Hollywood, CA, seeks to “make progress possible” for sufferers in the area. Patients at the clinic can receive intravenous ketamine therapy treatments for a number of difficult to manage mental health and chronic pain conditions.

With a longstanding safety record, ketamine provides a fast-acting and lasting antidepressant alternative to mainstream oral medications. Many individuals suffer from depressive conditions that are refractory — they are treatment resistant. Ketamine has been shown in lab settings to significantly reduce the negative symptoms of such conditions with as little as one treatment.

The mechanism of ketamine retrains the brain, helping it to repair portions damaged by repeated trauma. At Ketamine Therapy LA, individuals who have had little success with previous treatments will find a safe, research-backed alternative, one that may lead to them on a new path to hope and healing.

Ketamine Therapy LA offers a relaxing and safe environment in which to explore this cutting edge treatment.

Following your pre-infusion interview with Dr. Sirak, each sub-anesthetic ketamine dose is administered via intravenous line. A series of 10 infusions is typically prescribed, though this may alter based on the patients’ specific needs. A registered life coach and psychologist are on site to provide support should patients need it. Any side effects are monitored by trained professionals, and fade soon after the treatment ends.

DO NOT GO here. Terrible customer experience. I was feeling sick and not able to reschedule as it was within 48 hours, thus needed more assistance during the infusion. The nurse was visibly annoyed which got into my head when i was trying to fight my anxiety. It was awful. I called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointing first experience. Will not be back.

DO NOT GO FOR KETAMINE THERAPY. Terrible customer experience, I got the vibe that they did not care about any of their patients the moment I walked in the door. I was feeling sick and not able to reschedule as it was within 48 hours, thus needed more assistance during the infusion. The nurse was visibly annoyed which got into my head when i was trying to fight my anxiety. It was awful, I felt like I wasted the entire session because of it. It should have been handled with ONLY compassion when you are basically under anxiety-inducing anesthesia. I called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointing first experience. Will not be back.
