The Radiance Ketamine Clinic provides ketamine infusions to those suffering from chronic pain disorders and mental health conditions. The treatments provided may help with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and nerve pain disorders.
Dr. Francisco L. Dofeliz and his staff at the Radiance Ketamine Clinic have a strong desire to heal. Many of Dr. Dofeliz’s patients struggle to find relief through traditional therapies and medications, so he began using ketamine therapy to help their needs. He co-founded the clinic after researching the positive effects psychedelic drugs have on mood disorders and chronic pain and has never looked back.
The team at the clinic understands the science-backed therapy benefits for those who haven’t found help through traditional treatments.

Prior to beginning treatment, you will be evaluated by Radiance Ketamine Clinic’s medical director Dr. Francisco Dofeliz. He will perform a medical assessment while your psychiatrist or Radiance’s in-house, board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Mechibelle Lynch, performs a psychiatric evaluation. Once that is complete, the clinic will then schedule your initial ketamine treatment.
On your first day of treatment, if you are receiving IV ketamine, the clinic will insert a very small IV and then escort you into your own private ketamine room. You’ll have a seat in one of Radiance’s comfortable recliners and they’ll assess your vital signs. Once complete, they’ll slowly begin infusing the ketamine through your IV.
If you are receiving intranasal ketamine, the clinic will provide you with the Spravato cartridge and show you how to administer it yourself (it is very similar to a Flonase nasal spray). After spraying the mist up your nose, you may then lie back, settle down and begin to relax. The clinic will dim the lights, turn on some relaxing music, grab you a soft blanket right out of the warmer and let the magic begin.
Every person’s response to ketamine will be unique but many people experience a light, floating feeling. Others may feel a slight disconnection from their bodies and the world. This “out of body experience” is normal and will fade away once the infusion is turned off.
For your own safety, Radiance Ketamine Clinic requires that a responsible adult drive you home after your treatment.
Moving forward, your treatment plan will depend on the type of ketamine that you receive (IV or intranasal) and your response to treatment. Generally, ketamine therapy is divided into two separate phases: stabilization (first 2-3 weeks of treatment, typically involving 4-6 treatments) and maintenance (entered after completion of the stabilization phase, typically involving booster treatments as needed).

March 20, 2023 at 1:03 amI’ve been interested in this for quite a while and this was the 1st one I found in Reno. I’ve been looking for some medical trials or something I could get into like this and would like to ask some questions about all of this. I have already spoken to my Doctor about it also and am very curious. Mine would be strictly for depression, anxiety and that area. Would also like to know what Intranasal ketamine is. Definitely a much more affordable path if possible or a mixture of both. Those kind of questions.
