Market Position: Resilience Integrative Wellness offers the full ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) protocol alongside medical-only ketamine dosing — one of the more integrated treatment menus in the Diego metro.

This 5-question summary is matched to the protocols and conditions Resilience Integrative Wellness treats. Editorial responses are HealingMaps-authored, grounded in our 2026 Ketamine Clinic Intelligence Report.
Resilience Integrative Wellness offers IV ketamine and KAP — a 2-protocol practice. Patients can switch between or combine modalities without changing providers. Confirm specific dosing schedules and which protocols are recommended for your condition during your consult.
Yes — Resilience Integrative Wellness offers KAP, which combines ketamine dosing with structured psychotherapy during the dissociative window. KAP sessions are longer than standalone infusions and priced accordingly. A reasonable consult question: whether KAP is delivered by a single integrated provider, or by a separate therapist working with the prescribing clinician.
Resilience Integrative Wellness treats depression via IV ketamine (off-label, evidence-based), and KAP for trauma-anchored depression. Insurance coverage is rare for IV/KAP — most patients pay out of pocket. TRD is typically defined as two or more prior antidepressant trials without sufficient response — patients meeting that bar are best candidates here.
Yes — Resilience Integrative Wellness treats chronic pain. They use IV ketamine for pain, which typically means longer infusion times and higher cumulative doses than mental-health protocols. Common indications include complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, and certain neuropathic pain syndromes. Pain pricing varies significantly by structure: per-infusion vs. multi-day inpatient packages — verify how this clinic structures their billing.
Yes — Resilience Integrative Wellness treats anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder. The evidence base for ketamine in anxiety is less robust than for depression, but it can be a meaningful option for patients who haven’t responded to SSRIs or benzodiazepines. Worth asking which of their protocols they typically recommend for anxiety-primary patients.

July 29, 2024 at 1:06 amI tried an infusion at the Resilience medical clinic two weeks ago and the results have been excellent.
The setting was what you would expect from a medical clinic – clean and professional – the staff was as well, and the nurse was a very compassionate lady.
I decided to try this treatment after reading about ketamine’s positive effects on neuroplasticity and my intention going in was to have it help me realign some priorities and help me refocus towards things important to me rather than allowing myself to be distracted, as I’m sure many of us are in our modern, screen-centered world.
The effects of the infusion came on slowly and after a few minutes I began to feel more relaxed. Gradually, my sense of my body began to fall away and I experienced an onset of relaxed elation as my mental state and thoughts came to the forefront. As the experience deepened, my sense of self changed significantly and I felt no longer identified with my body. At this stage, it felt as if I was floating above the city, but the contours and details were very vague and desaturated. The experience was mostly mental but this visual aspect of it is worth mentioning. Emotionally, I felt a state of relaxed and euphoric amusement. While I could still move parts of my body or take a conscious breath, and in so doing ground myself back to physical reality, I found I had no interest in this.
At this point, I will say that the deepest part of the experience was ineffable – it’s impossible to convey to someone who hasn’t felt it. Even though there are words I can use, they will only accurately communicate the experience to someone who has been through it before. Anyone who hasn’t may only think they understand – but they really don’t. So it’s a Catch-22 of sorts, but nevertheless.
As my sense of my body faded into the background, I began to feel as if what I generally think of as my self was actually an infinite and formless void. From this perspective, it was all that existed. I use the word “existed” loosely because things that exist have qualities that can be described. The only quality this void had was that it was conscious. From this perspective, the reality I knew previously, in which I had my thoughts, senses, and experiences, was like an ephemeral window that was perceived by this void. Whatever worries, concerns, or anxieties I may have had prior appeared like inconsequential phantoms. After all, if my true self was formless and infinite, how can it be concerned or anxious about anything? The idea made no sense at all.
To illustrate the point, I remember sometime just before I reached the deepest state of the infusion, I thought it would be a good time to ask myself if there were any past hangups that may be holding me back in the present. This is a common concept we’ve all heard and I thought this would be a good time to ask myself and see what happens (as I was obviously feeling quite open and uninhibited). As I did so, immediately and somewhat unexpectedly, I felt an instant knowing (for lack of a better word) that this was a nonsensical question as the past doesn’t exist. There is only the present and the intention with which I’m directing my mind and body – the body being just a medium between the impermanent window of reality and the infinite and eternal void which perceives it. This seemed self-evident and so I laughed to myself for even considering something so obviously ridiculous. It was obvious to me then that all that mattered was where I am now and where I’m going. The concept of the past was something that just didn’t compute in that state of mind. I laughed quite a lot to myself throughout the experience. These were the only times when my sense of my body would briefly return as I could feel myself laughing, only to fade again as I returned to a state of relaxation.
Overall, the experience was colored by an extraordinary sense of positivity. I remember feeling that it was an honor to be alive and I came out of the experience with a deep sense of gratitude for the life that I have. I can see how this would help people with depression, although it is not something I suffer from personally.
So, two weeks later, the question is – did my resistance to distraction improve? Absolutely. Previously, if I found myself on my phone or computer, I could easily get sucked into the cursed “endless scroll” of recommended articles, videos, you name it. We do live in an attention economy, as they say, and it can be quite insidious. I find such distractions no longer have the same draw on me anymore, they just don’t interest me and as a result I’ve been quite productive. I will certainly be back for more sessions.

April 3, 2024 at 1:28 pmThis review is from Ketih Capp:
This is the best ketamine clinic in terms of quality of service and lowest cost amongst all of the ketamine clin ics I have tried. This is a
family operation headed by Marilyn a medical professional with many years of experience. She and her two sons, AJ and Nick provide a
welcoming, compassionate atmosphere in which the ketamine infusion is given. You will feel very welcomed with emphasis on
understanding what it is you wish ketamine to accomplish. The experience itself is truly transformative. You are monitored both before
and after the infusion with regard to any depression or anxiety. You are provided with a room of your own for privacy. The office itself is
both welcoming and professional. My experiences with ketamine have been different every time and quite different {better) from the other
clinics I have tried. This is a no-brainer: Superlative quality of service coupled with lowest cost in San Diego. Please consider Resilience
Integrative Wellness when wanting to explore ketamine. You won’t be disappointed.
