This question is matched to the conditions Genesys Infusion Center treats. Editorial responses are HealingMaps-authored, grounded in our 2026 Ketamine Clinic Intelligence Report.
Genesys Infusion Center treats depression via IV ketamine (off-label, evidence-based). Insurance coverage is rare for IV/KAP — most patients pay out of pocket. TRD is typically defined as two or more prior antidepressant trials without sufficient response — patients meeting that bar are best candidates here.

May 26, 2023 at 11:19 pmHello, I live in Bloomington and I’m interested in Ketamine for chronic pain. I’m diagnosed with fibromyalgia but have a positive gene for Ankylosing Spondylitis. I also show an increasing ANA but nothing definitive. Could you please let me know the cost and protocol for chronic pain, as well as outcome results in pain and mobility scores. Thank you, Kevin Crutcher. I can also be reached at 309-532-2014.
