Run. I went to their facility in Middleboro. My counselor was excellent. The billing system is nuts. I am a bookkeeper with medical billing experience. I paid co pays each and every time I went in. The desk won’t even tell the counselor your there until you pay.
For the past year and a half I get a monthly statement with co pays due. I thought it was finally over when I left there in April 2022. Nope. Statement in May for Feb, Mar and April. They cashed the checks all at once in May. A Statement in June for July of 2021 out of the blue. Sent copy of HSA statement showing dated of service paid with transaction number. July got another statement again for July 2021. Again fax and mail proof. Hey what do you know it is now August 2022 and I got a statement for the same date again and amount again. Contacted Lawyer and Mass Attorney General I am FED up

I recently scheduled a teladoc appointment with a psychiatrist through Northeast Health Services for medication management and was paired with Theresa Russo, MSN, FNP.

Theresa was 17 minutes late to our appointment and hadn’t reviewed any of my intake documentation. To make things worse, we were only a few minutes into the call when she informed me that she didn’t like it and wouldn’t prescribe the medications I needed. She also has no problem telling me that she felt that I was more than likely misdiagnosed, and she repeatedly mentioned the drug epidemic on the cape – associating me with meth users because I’ve been on Adderall since 2004.

If you’re looking for quality healthcare – look elsewhere. Unqualified. Unprofessional.

I am a therapist in Westport MA, I have been working with a Client for over 3 years with Internal Systems theory and we are both frustrated that her system is so resistant to connecting with her Self (or letting in mine) we are thinking some kind of psychedelic assistance might be needed to help her move forward. I don’t know if you take insurance? would it be possible to discuss?
