HealingMaps Take: The Remedy MN in Vadnais Heights combines ketamine and TMS under one roof, giving patients multiple pathways for treatment-resistant mental health conditions. Their dual-modality approach is a notable advantage — if one treatment doesn’t achieve the desired results, patients can explore the other without switching clinics. Well-positioned for the north metro suburbs of St. Paul.

Market Position: The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS is a Spravato-certified clinic in the Heights metro. Spravato (esketamine) is the FDA-approved ketamine treatment that most commercial insurance plans cover after prior authorization — unlike cash-pay IV ketamine.

Is The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS Right for You?

✓ Choose The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS if:

  • You have commercial insurance and a documented treatment-resistant depression diagnosis (Spravato pathway)
  • You want supervised IV ketamine with real-time medical monitoring
  • You’re treating co-occurring depression and PTSD

✗ Look elsewhere if:

  • You want ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with integrated talk therapy
  • You need same-week appointments — Spravato prior authorization typically takes 1–3 weeks
  • You’re seeking ketamine for chronic pain (this clinic focuses on mental health)

Patient Questions about The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS

This 6-question summary is matched to the protocols and conditions The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treats. Editorial responses are HealingMaps-authored, grounded in our 2026 Ketamine Clinic Intelligence Report.

What ketamine protocols does The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS offer?

The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS offers Spravato and IV ketamine — a 2-protocol practice. Patients can switch between or combine modalities without changing providers. Confirm specific dosing schedules and which protocols are recommended for your condition during your consult.

Does The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS offer Spravato (esketamine)?

Yes — The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS offers Spravato, which means they’re FDA REMS-certified and maintain the required two-hour in-office monitoring window after each dose. Spravato is the primary insurance-covered ketamine option for treatment-resistant depression. Worth confirming the prior-authorization timeline before booking your first session.

Is The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS suited for treatment-resistant depression?

The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treats depression via Spravato (FDA-cleared for TRD), and IV ketamine (off-label, evidence-based). The Spravato pathway is the most likely to obtain commercial insurance coverage. TRD is typically defined as two or more prior antidepressant trials without sufficient response — patients meeting that bar are best candidates here.

Does The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treat chronic pain conditions?

Yes — The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treats chronic pain. They use IV ketamine for pain, which typically means longer infusion times and higher cumulative doses than mental-health protocols. Common indications include complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, and certain neuropathic pain syndromes. Pain pricing varies significantly by structure: per-infusion vs. multi-day inpatient packages — verify how this clinic structures their billing.

Does The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treat PTSD?

Yes — The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treats PTSD. Both Spravato and IV ketamine can be used for trauma. Ketamine for trauma differs from depression treatment: dosing is often lower per session, and pairing the protocol with trauma-focused therapy between sessions is common. A reasonable consult question: whether PTSD patients here typically use ketamine alone or alongside an outside therapist.

Can The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS help with anxiety disorders?

Yes — The Remedy MN Ketamine TMS treats anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder. The evidence base for ketamine in anxiety is less robust than for depression, but it can be a meaningful option for patients who haven’t responded to SSRIs or benzodiazepines. Worth asking which of their protocols they typically recommend for anxiety-primary patients.

TMS therapy is also available at this clinic, alongside ketamine and Spravato. Unlike cash-pay ketamine, TMS is covered by most major insurance plans for treatment-resistant depression. TMS is FDA-cleared for treatment-resistant depression (since 2008), OCD via Deep TMS, anxious depression, and adolescent MDD ages 15–21. I also have a waiver and contact for you to pay anything not covered. 1 have had no Ketamine since Christmas time. Mayo wanted to try to use drugs before going back to Ketamine. So far I not had to pay anything, I firstly need to get my mental health stabilized then want to do for my chronic pain to get off the oxycodone. Pretty much steady since 2008. I also want to start PT and exercising again. I turned 65 this year and in rough shape. So I would need to get a release for Wabasha County, they have many certain procedures in writing from your Doc. So that they can cover my hotel. I can show you past letters for reference. I know they work I was actually me again for awhile,I took photos of my ins cards but don’t see them?
    Thanx, C

Ketamine has brought me back to happiness. It truly erased my bipolar depression, C-PTSD, eased my chronic pain. Finally after 55 years I am diagnosed with ADHD and Ketamine has even helped that. It has changed my life. I look forward to the rest of my days.
