Utah Ketamine Clinic in American Fork, Utah logo

Utah Ketamine Clinic, based in American Fork, Utah, is the “longest-running private ketamine clinic in Utah.” As a treatment for those suffering from chronic and/or resistant physical and mental conditions, ketamine therapy is a research-driven alternative to mainstream therapies.

The highly-trained staff at Utah Ketamine Clinic includes a team of anesthesia providers with a combined 40 years of experience with ketamine. These providers have had significant successes in treating such conditions as migraine headaches, post-traumatic stress disorder, cluster headaches, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other chronic pain syndromes.

Among the goals of the entire team at Utah Ketamine Clinic is that each patient’s experience is pleasant and productive, something the staff “work tirelessly” toward on a daily basis.

The team at the clinic brings a wide range of qualifications, including Tyler Leifson and Ryan Blaney, who both have a Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia. The expertise of the staff, coupled with ongoing, wide-ranging research, makes ketamine infusions a viable alternative for those suffering from difficult to manage conditions.

Traditional routes to healing can sometimes be as difficult as the conditions themselves, and many sufferers do not respond positively to mainstream medications. Utah Ketamine Clinic offers another option.

Important Info

  • As with all medical treatments, there is no guarantee that ketamine therapy will be effective for each individual. A very high percentage of patients do, however, find treatment effective.
  • Ketamine therapy is an “off-label” use of the FDA-approved anesthetic, and is not covered by insurance.
  • Utah Ketamine Clinic is an active member of the American Society of Ketamine Providers.
  • Patients may pay for treatment with cash, HSA cards, credit, or debit cards.

Your Treatment: What to Expect

Prior to beginning infusions, both a primary care history form and an in-depth questionnaire will determine the suitability of ketamine therapy for treating your condition. A trained specialist will review this information with you and subsequently begin intravenous infusions if you qualify. Some patients report feelings of dizziness or dissociation from the body, but these side effects are a normal part of the infusion process. Should they become uncomfortable, close monitoring and medications are used to alleviate any negative experiences.

Who is this Treatment for?

Of the millions who suffer from depression and chronic pain syndromes, a large percentage find little or no relief from mainstream treatments and therapies. Utah Ketamine Clinic offers a safe, effective, research-centered treatment plan, individualized for each client based on their unique needs and backgrounds. The team seeks to “help you get your ‘you’ back,” and live a more hopeful and fulfilling life.

My husband received treatment here and it helped significantly! The providers were all super kind and took the time to explain everything to both of us. I also loved that they did the infusions at night because then he didn’t need to take any time off of work. Clean, private and calming location.
