Ember Health in Brooklyn, New York logo

“Too often in healthcare, we treat the symptom without regard for the whole person.” That’s according to Ember Health, which is hoping to change things for the better. Located in Williamsburg, New York, Ember Health utilizes ketamine therapy to help those struggling with mental health issues and chronic pain conditions that have shown little improvement with conventional treatments.

With a focus on treatment for the individual, not just the condition, Ember Health offers a safe and comfortable clinic in which to experience ketamine therapy. Ketamine has long been identified by the World Health Organization as an essential anesthetic drug; however, recent research into ketamine has demonstrated its positive effects on treatment-resistant physical and mental health conditions.

The founders of Ember Health, Dr. Nicolas Grundmann and Tiffany Frank, use their respective backgrounds to create a truly unique atmosphere. Viewing her business background as a way of promoting positive social change, Frank focuses on the details of each patient’s experience. Such aspects as the design of the clinic or available reading materials all combine to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Viewing ketamine infusions as part of a larger mental health treatment plan, Ember Health and their unique approach to using ketamine for depression offer those who are suffering a new sense of hope.
