The 4 Best Peptide Telehealth Programs of 2026 (Including Compounds You Couldn’t Get Online Until Now)
✓ Last verified: September 18, 2026 — every program’s pricing and formats re-checked on its own site by HealingMaps Editorial Staff
Four peptide telehealth programs are worth your time in 2026: Live Vital, Strut Health, Bodybuilding Health+, and Luvo Health. Until this year, the most-searched peptides — BPC-157, GHK-Cu injections, PT-141 — couldn’t be prescribed through legitimate national telehealth at all. That changed: Live Vital now runs physician-supervised protocols for BPC-157, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin and more. Strut remains the simplest no-injection Sermorelin program at about $99/month (a new injectable option starts at $119, and Embody now runs an injection-only Sermorelin program at $99), and Bodybuilding Health+ is the only operator built around a full men’s optimization stack. Luvo Health charges one price for Sermorelin and for NAD+ as an injection, oral drops, or a nasal spray. The rest of the field is mostly “research use only” chemical suppliers with no prescriber and no verifiable quality testing — this guide covers the four programs that clear a clinical bar, what they cost, and which fits your goal. Demand is running ahead of clinic menus generally, a gap we quantify in what peptide patients actually ask for. Here for GLP-1 weight loss? That’s a different lane: Embody ($99/mo intro) holds the weight-loss specialty row in the table below, and we compare the wider field in the GLP-1 telehealth guide.
HealingMaps directory data · September 18, 2026
Those first three numbers are our own directory, counted the day this guide was updated. The fourth is the point of this page: of the national telehealth programs we evaluated, only four publish a price you can read before an intake and name the pharmacy that fills it. The gap between 866 and 4 is why most people end up choosing between a local clinic and a mail-order subscription.

Every program in this table requires an online medical evaluation with a licensed provider before anything ships, and all fill prescriptions through state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. None bills insurance — compounded peptides are cash-pay across the industry. The differences are in which compounds each one carries, the format (oral vs injection vs nasal), and how pricing is structured.

Which Program Should You Pick?
- You want BPC-157, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, or another specialty compound → Live Vital. The widest legitimate peptide menu in telehealth — physician-supervised, with protocols from roughly $66/month. Read the full Live Vital review ↓
- You want PT-141 for sexual health → none of the programs in this comparison currently offers it. See our PT-141 vs Viagra vs Cialis comparison for how it works, or ask a licensed local peptide clinic.
- You want growth-hormone support without needles → Strut Health. Oral Sermorelin lozenge (troche) — or a new injectable — prescribed by a U.S.-licensed physician after an online visit. Read the full Strut review ↓
- You want Sermorelin as an injection and want the lowest price → Embody. $99/month at every dose, once-weekly injection, with unlimited messaging to the prescribing physician included. It undercuts Strut’s $119 injection, but it has no needle-free option — see our full sermorelin price ranking.
- You’re a man who wants GH support, NAD+, and weight-loss support handled together → Bodybuilding Health+. One evaluation, one provider, bundle pricing. Read the full BB Health+ review ↓
- You want NAD+ without a needle, or Sermorelin and NAD+ from one provider → Luvo Health. NAD+ comes as oral drops, a nasal spray, or an injection, and every Luvo longevity treatment costs $199 per 4 weeks. Read the full Luvo review ↓
- You want a GLP-1 for weight loss → that category is deep enough to deserve its own comparison: see our Best GLP-1 Telehealth Programs of 2026.
- You want TB-500 or KPV → those remain clinic-only today — find vetted peptide clinics near you.
How We Evaluated These Programs
Every program featured on this page had to clear the same bar we apply to clinics in our directory: a licensed prescriber reviews every patient before anything ships; medications come from state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies; pricing is published or clearly quoted before payment; and the company operates a real clinical-support channel, not just a checkout page. Programs that sell peptides labeled “research use only” with no prescriber involved were excluded automatically — that isn’t telehealth, it’s an unregulated chemical supplier.
Disclosure: HealingMaps has affiliate relationships with the programs featured below and may earn a commission when readers sign up. That never changes your price, and it doesn’t change the editorial line — where telehealth is the wrong tool, we say so and point you to clinics instead.
1. Live Vital — The Widest Legitimate Peptide Menu in Telehealth →
Live Vital is the program this page has been waiting for. For years, the most-searched peptides on HealingMaps — BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c — had no legitimate national telehealth path: the FDA’s compounding restrictions pushed reputable operators out, leaving “research use only” chemical suppliers as the only online option. Live Vital positions itself as the first “white-market” alternative: every protocol runs through a physician evaluation, and sourcing comes through licensed U.S. pharmacies rather than gray-market suppliers.
The menu is the story. Their Wolverine protocol is BPC-157 — the recovery peptide — at roughly $116/month. Alongside it: MOTS-c (mitochondrial/metabolic), GHK-Cu (skin and repair), CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (the growth-hormone stack), Tesamorelin, Glutathione, NAD+, and even Retatrutide, the next-generation weight-loss peptide no other program reviewed here carries. Protocols start around $66/month depending on compound.
- Telehealth-only: Yes — online evaluation, physician-supervised protocols
- Menu: BPC-157 (“Wolverine”), MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Glutathione, NAD+, Retatrutide & more
- Insurance: Not accepted; cash pay
- Pricing: From ~$66/month; varies by protocol (BPC-157 ~$116/mo)
- Pharmacy: Licensed U.S. pharmacy sourcing — the anti-gray-market pitch is the brand
- Matching tool: “Find My Treatment” intake if you’re not sure which compound fits
Two honest caveats. First, Live Vital launched recently — it doesn’t yet have the years of patient volume behind Strut or the brand backing of Bodybuilding Health+. Second, compounded specialty peptides occupy a genuinely evolving regulatory space; Live Vital’s clinician-gated model is exactly the right structure for that, but it means availability of specific compounds can change. If a compound matters to you, confirm it’s prescribable in your state during the intake before paying.
If you came to peptide telehealth looking for a specific compound — BPC-157, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, the CJC stack — Live Vital is the first and only vetted program that can actually prescribe it online. That makes it the default starting point for most readers of this page.

2. Strut Health — Doctor-Prescribed Sermorelin, No Needles Required →
Sermorelin is the most telehealth-ready peptide there is. It’s a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog — rather than adding synthetic growth hormone, it signals your pituitary to produce more of your own. That mechanism is why clinicians reach for it first for age-related GH decline: energy, sleep quality, recovery, and body composition are the common goals. It has decades of prescribing history behind it.
Strut’s program is fully online. You complete a health intake, a U.S.-licensed physician reviews it (and follows up if anything needs clarifying), and if Sermorelin is appropriate for you, it ships from a U.S. compounding pharmacy — as an oral lozenge (troche), no needles required — with a new injectable option (from $119) if you prefer it. For the large group of people who are peptide-curious but will never self-inject, the oral route decides the category.
- Telehealth-only: Yes — 100% online visit with a U.S.-licensed physician
- Format: Oral Sermorelin lozenge (troche) — no needles — or subcutaneous injection (new)
- Insurance: Not accepted; cash pay
- Pricing: Oral from about $99/month; injectable from $119/month — auto-refill pricing
- Pharmacy: State-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy
- Also offers: Hair-loss Rx (Hairfect) and other compounded treatments under the same account
If your goal is growth-hormone support for healthy aging and you want it prescribed legitimately, online, and without needles, Strut is the cleanest on-ramp in peptide telehealth — just know it’s a one-peptide program by design.
HealingMaps may earn a commission when readers sign up through this link. This does not affect our editorial coverage or your price. Sermorelin supports your body’s own growth-hormone production; individual results vary — discuss goals and expectations with the prescribing physician.
3. Bodybuilding Health+ — The Men’s Optimization Stack →
Bodybuilding Health+ answers a different question: not “how do I get one peptide online” but “how do I run GH support, cellular energy, and weight management as one program.” Backed by the Bodybuilding.com brand, it prescribes Sermorelin, NAD+, and compounded GLP-1s under a single online medical evaluation — one intake, one provider relationship, one shipment cadence.
The pricing model is bundles rather than monthlies: 3, 6, and 12-month plans, starting from $139/month on the 12-month tier depending on medication mix. It’s also one of two programs in this comparison offering a structured microdosing option (Luvo Health is the other) — lower-dose protocols designed for gentler titration, which matters for medication-sensitive patients.
- Telehealth-only: Yes — single online medical evaluation covers the full stack
- Menu: Sermorelin, NAD+, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide
- Insurance: Not accepted; cash pay
- Pricing: Bundle-based; from $139/month on 12-month plans
- Distinctive: Structured microdosing option for gentler titration
- Pharmacy: U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies
For men who want peptides as part of a coordinated optimization program rather than a single prescription, BB Health+ is the only vetted telehealth operator built for exactly that — and its structured microdosing option is still rare in the category.
HealingMaps may earn a commission when readers sign up through this link. This does not affect our editorial coverage or your price. Program availability varies by state; medication mix and pricing are confirmed during the medical evaluation.
4. Luvo Health — NAD+ Three Ways and Sermorelin at One Price →
Luvo Health is a newer telehealth program built around longevity care, and its pricing is the simplest on this page. Sermorelin and all three NAD+ formats cost the same. A licensed provider reviews an online evaluation first, and medication ships only if that provider finds it appropriate. The NAD+ menu is where Luvo differs most from the other three programs here: NAD+ is available as an injection, as oral drops, or as a nasal spray. Sermorelin is offered as an injection.
The flat price is not the lowest price. The shortest plan is $199 for 4 weeks, and longer plans lower the cost: $507 for 12 weeks, $894 for 24 weeks, and $1,417 for 52 weeks, or about $109 per 4 weeks on the annual plan. According to Luvo, the price includes the clinical evaluation, a personalized treatment plan, ongoing provider messaging, dose adjustments, and pharmacy fulfillment and delivery. Strut’s Sermorelin starts around $99 a month, and our NAD+ therapy comparison ranks cheaper NAD+ programs. Luvo fits best for readers who want NAD+ without injections, or several longevity treatments from one provider.
Luvo says there is no commitment until a clinician reviews your information, and plans can be paused or canceled from your account. If you are not clinically eligible, Luvo says you will not be charged for prescription medication. Availability depends on your state and the specific medication, and it is confirmed during the evaluation. Luvo also offers compounded GLP-1s, including a GLP-1 microdosing track at $179 for 4 weeks.
- Telehealth-only: Yes, with an online evaluation reviewed by a licensed provider
- Menu: Sermorelin injection; NAD+ injection, oral drops, or nasal spray; vitamin B12; compounded GLP-1s
- Pricing: $199 per 4 weeks for Sermorelin or any NAD+ format; $1,417 on the 52-week plan
- Distinctive: Three NAD+ formats at one price
- Terms: No commitment until clinician review; pause or cancel from your account
- Pharmacy: Licensed pharmacy partner, per Luvo
For NAD+ without a needle, or Sermorelin and NAD+ under one provider and one price, Luvo is the most flexible program here. Readers comparing on price alone will find cheaper Sermorelin at Strut and cheaper NAD+ in our NAD+ therapy comparison.
HealingMaps may earn a commission when readers sign up through this link. This does not affect our editorial coverage or your price. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescription required only if a licensed provider finds it appropriate. Availability varies by state.

What About BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and PT-141?
This is the section most “best peptide telehealth” roundups skip — and it’s where 2026 actually changed things. For years, the recovery peptides — BPC-157 and TB-500 — were the most-requested compounds on HealingMaps with no legitimate online path: the FDA placed several in a restricted compounding category, reputable telehealth operators dropped them, and the websites still selling them without a prescriber were “research use only” chemical suppliers whose quality testing you cannot verify.
The good news: Live Vital now runs a physician-supervised BPC-157 protocol (their “Wolverine”), plus GHK-Cu and MOTS-c. The caveat: TB-500, KPV, and PT-141 currently have no vetted national telehealth path in this comparison. For those, a licensed local clinic that names its compounding pharmacy remains the trustworthy route — start with the BPC-157 clinic guide for metro-by-metro options. As more compounds get vetted online paths, we’ll add them here.
PT-141 (Bremelanotide) Online: What Is Approved and What Is Not
PT-141 and bremelanotide are the same compound. The FDA approved it in 2019 under the brand name Vyleesi, and that approval is narrower than most online listings suggest. Vyleesi is approved for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD). The label defines that as low sexual desire that causes marked distress and is not explained by another medical or psychiatric condition, a relationship problem, or a medication. It is not approved for HSDD in postmenopausal women or in men, and it is not approved to enhance sexual performance.
Bremelanotide also works differently from Viagra and Cialis, which act on blood flow. It is a melanocortin receptor agonist, and the FDA label states that the mechanism by which it improves HSDD in women is unknown. Our PT-141 vs Viagra vs Cialis comparison covers who each option tends to suit.
| Detail | What the Vyleesi FDA label says |
|---|---|
| Approved for | Premenopausal women with acquired, generalized HSDD |
| Not approved for | Men, postmenopausal women, or enhancing sexual performance |
| Dose | 1.75 mg injected under the skin of the abdomen or thigh, at least 45 minutes before sexual activity |
| Limits | No more than 1 dose in 24 hours; more than 8 doses a month is not recommended |
| When to stop | After 8 weeks if symptoms have not improved |
| Most common side effect | Nausea, in 40% of trial participants vs 1.3% on placebo |
| Not for people with | Uncontrolled high blood pressure or known cardiovascular disease |
Nausea is the side effect most people notice. In the phase 3 trials it was reported by 40% of women taking Vyleesi, compared with 1.3% on placebo, and 8% dropped out of the trials because of it. The label notes that for most patients it improves with the second dose. Flushing (20%), injection site reactions (13%), and headache (11%) were the next most common.
Each dose also raises blood pressure for several hours. In clinical studies the increase reached up to 6 mmHg systolic, peaked two to four hours after the injection, and usually returned to baseline within 12 hours. Because of this effect, Vyleesi is contraindicated for people with uncontrolled high blood pressure or known cardiovascular disease. About 1% of phase 3 participants developed darker patches of skin (focal hyperpigmentation), and the label says more frequent dosing increases that risk. The label also advises against combining bremelanotide with oral naltrexone, because it can significantly reduce how much naltrexone reaches the bloodstream.
Outside that approval, some telehealth programs and local clinics prescribe compounded PT-141 off-label, including to men. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved products. None of the four programs ranked on this page currently offers PT-141, so we do not link to a provider for it here. A licensed local peptide clinic can evaluate whether it is appropriate for you, and our PT-141 guide covers the RECONNECT trial results behind the approval.
Best Online Peptide Clinic vs Local Peptide Therapy: Which Do You Actually Need?
Two different things get called peptide therapy online. One is a national telehealth program: you complete an intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and medication ships to your door on a subscription. That is what the four programs above are. The other is an online peptide clinic in the older sense, a local practice that happens to consult by video, draws your labs in person, and often compounds a wider range of peptides than any mail-order program will prescribe.
The choice usually comes down to three things. Telehealth wins on price and convenience, because there is no facility fee and the subscription covers the visit. A local clinic wins when you want bloodwork drawn and interpreted in person, when you want a compound no national program prescribes, such as TB-500 or KPV, or when you want the person prescribing to examine you. Our directory lists 866 peptide clinics across 449 cities, so for most readers both doors are open.
If you want the local route, start with the peptide therapy directory, or read the metro guides for Miami, Boston, and Denver. One caution that applies to both routes: a clinic or program that will not tell you which pharmacy compounds your prescription, or what the medication costs before you pay, is telling you something useful.
What to Ask Any Peptide Telehealth Provider Before You Pay
- Who is the prescriber? A licensed physician or NP should review your intake — by name, licensed in your state.
- Which pharmacy fills it? You want a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy they will identify.
- What baseline labs do you require? A program that requires none for hormonal peptides is cutting a corner. (Here’s the lab work you actually need.)
- What does follow-up look like? Dose adjustments and side-effect triage should have a named channel, not a support ticket.
- What happens if it’s not working? Get the refund and cancellation terms in writing before month one.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of a peptide telehealth consultation in 2026?
None of the four programs on this page publishes a separate consultation fee. The price you see is the plan price, and the provider review is part of it. Live Vital runs from about $66 a month, Strut Health from about $99, Bodybuilding Health+ from $139 a month on its 12-month bundles, and Luvo Health charges $199 per 4 weeks. What you pay on top of that is the medication itself, which is usually included in the same number, and nothing ships until a licensed provider approves it.
What is the most affordable peptide telehealth service?
Live Vital has the lowest entry price in this comparison at roughly $66 a month, and it also carries the widest menu. For sermorelin specifically, Strut Health starts around $99 a month for the oral lozenge and Embody runs a $99 a month injection. Cheapest is not automatically best here: the compound you need decides which programs can even prescribe for you.
Who provides peptide therapy supervised by medical professionals?
All four programs here require a licensed U.S. clinician to review an online medical evaluation before anything is prescribed or shipped, and all four fill through licensed U.S. pharmacies. That is the bar we used to build this list. The part of the market that does not clear it is the research-use-only chemical sellers, who ship without any prescriber involved, and who are a different thing entirely from the programs above.
What is the best telehealth service for compounded peptides?
Live Vital, because it prescribes the widest range of them: BPC-157, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, and Tesamorelin, all physician-supervised and compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products, which is true at every program on this page.
What is the best telehealth clinic for BPC-157 therapy?
Live Vital is the only vetted program in this comparison that prescribes BPC-157, through its Wolverine protocol at roughly $116 a month. If you want BPC-157 from someone who can examine you in person, our BPC-157 clinic guide covers the local route metro by metro.
Which telehealth platform is best for getting sermorelin prescribed online?
It depends on the needle. Strut Health prescribes sermorelin as an oral lozenge at about $99 a month, which is the only needle-free option here. Embody runs a once-weekly injection at $99 a month, the cheapest injection we verified. Luvo Health offers it as an injection at $199 per 4 weeks alongside its NAD+ formats. Our sermorelin price ranking compares every program we track.
What are the best telehealth peptide clinics compared side by side?
The ranked table at the top of this page compares all four on price, formats, and what each is best at, and the side-by-side detail table further down breaks them out compound by compound. If you would rather answer three questions and be pointed at one, the matcher above does that.
What is the best online peptide clinic?
For a national program that prescribes and ships to you, Live Vital carries the widest legitimate menu, with protocols from about $66 a month. If you mean a local clinic that consults online and draws labs in person, that depends entirely on your city, and our directory of 866 peptide clinics is the faster way to answer it.
Is online peptide therapy legitimate?
It is when a licensed clinician prescribes it and a licensed U.S. pharmacy fills it. That is the line this guide draws. The programs above all require a medical evaluation before anything ships, and all name the type of pharmacy that compounds the medication. What is not legitimate is the large market of research-use-only peptide sellers that ship without a prescriber involved at all. Compounded peptides are also not FDA-approved products, which is true of every program on this page.
Can I get BPC-157 through telehealth?
As of 2026, yes — through exactly one vetted program. Live Vital’s Wolverine protocol is physician-supervised BPC-157, sourced through licensed U.S. pharmacies, at roughly $116/month. Everything else you’ll find online is a “research use only” chemical supplier — unregulated and unverifiable. If you’d rather work with someone in person, see our BPC-157 clinic guide.
Can I get PT-141 through telehealth?
Compounded PT-141 can be prescribed through an online medical visit, but none of the programs in our current vetted comparison offers it. For how PT-141 compares to Viagra and Cialis, see our full comparison.
Is Sermorelin through telehealth actually legitimate?
Yes — when it’s prescribed. Sermorelin has decades of clinical use, and a program like Strut runs a physician review before anything ships, filled by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. The line to watch is prescription vs. no prescription, not online vs. in-person.
Will insurance cover peptide telehealth?
Almost never. Compounded peptides are cash-pay across the industry. Budget for the monthly program cost, and check whether your FSA/HSA administrator treats a prescribed program as an eligible expense.
Do I have to inject anything?
Not necessarily. Strut’s Sermorelin comes as an oral lozenge (troche); an injectable version is also available. If you are fine with a needle and want the lowest price, Embody runs a once-weekly Sermorelin injection at $99/month. BB Health+ has both injectable and oral options depending on the medication. Luvo Health offers NAD+ as oral drops or a nasal spray. For weight loss specifically, needle-free options exist too — see the GLP-1 comparison.
Are these programs available in all 50 states?
Coverage is broad but not universal — telehealth prescribing depends on where each clinical team is licensed. All four programs confirm eligibility by state during intake, before you pay.
Compounded peptides aren’t FDA-approved — should that worry me?
Compounded medications are legal and regulated at the state-pharmacy level, but they don’t go through FDA’s drug-approval process — that’s exactly why prescriber oversight and a nameable licensed pharmacy are non-negotiable. Any program that blurs those two things is the wrong program.
Methodology
We evaluate peptide telehealth programs on five criteria: prescriber oversight (licensed clinician reviews every patient), pharmacy licensure (state-licensed U.S. compounders, identified by name), pricing transparency (published or quoted before payment), scope honesty (no compound offered outside legitimate prescribing pathways), and clinical support (a real follow-up channel). We feature only programs we have verified partner relationships with, and we disclose that relationship on every placement. For years we declined to feature recovery peptides because no operator met the bar — Live Vital’s physician-gated model, added July 2026, is the first that does. TB-500 and KPV remain unfeatured because no vetted online path exists. Program details and pricing verified July 2026; confirm current terms on each provider’s site.
This guide is educational and not medical advice. Peptides are prescription medicine — decisions about starting, stopping, or combining them belong with a licensed clinician who knows your history.
